Changes/Cancellations/Returns

After your order has been received by Imagine It Wood, you have 24 hours to cancel the order, before any cancellation fees are incurred. After that time, you will be responsible for any charges incurred.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase upon delivery, you must call us within 5 days, for return instructions.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for the product being returned to Imagine It Wood. We suggest that you insure the merchandise accordingly. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

After we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it, and then mail you a refund check, less the original shipping charges.

Items must be in their original condition for a refund, minus a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

There are NO returns or refunds on custom orders.
